We are proud to present: Casanova di Mesola
We acquired this old Umbrian farmhouse in 2005 and started the reconstruction works in 2006. After 4 years of hard work with help of local Umbrian craftsmen the transformation into a family holiday home was finished in May 2010. The endresult is a unique house that combines traditional features together with cutting edge modern design amenities. Mesola sleeps up to 8 – 10 persons, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Add the architectural designed swimming pool (15 x 4 m) and terraced garden and Mesola truly is a very special place to stay during your Italian holiday.

What’s so special about Casanova di Mesola? Let’s start with the stunning location high in the hills between the medieval town of Gubbio and the charming market town of Umbertide. The house is surrounded by it’s own 13ha of land and there is no one or nothing that disturbs you and keeps you from having a truly relaxing and peaceful holiday.
The views from the house couldn’t be better. Towards the east you can see the mountain peaks of the Apennines and in south-west direction the endless vistas over the valley and rolling hills up to Perugia.
The house with all it’s comforts will tempt you to just relax, but for the lovers of culture, history and art there is a lot to discover: fascinating medieval cities, historic towns and romantic hill-top villages. Furthermore easy access to Tuscany and Fano’s beaches and endless walking/biking tracks from the house. And don’t forget to have a taste of the Umbrian gastronomy in one of the local restaurants!
