Recently the house was totally restored respecting the original architecture. Oak beams, antique terracotta tiles and exposed stone walls create a rustic atmosphere while the high quality modern design for kitchen and sanitary offer all "nowadays" comfort. In front of the house is a secluded 'piazza' where you can enjoy the silence, the nice climate, the magnificent view over the valley and unforgettable sunsets. Le Fontanelle is situated only 2 km from the medieval town of Pietralunga, midway between Citta' di Castello and Gubbio. A perfect spot to discover Umbria, its beautiful landscape and famous cities. Moreover Tuscany and the Adriatic coast are not far away.
