Included:
water, electricity, weekly cleaning and changing of the bath- bed- and kitchen linen, pooltowels and unlimited access to the internet (personal laptop required).

Excluded:
to be paid locally: final cleaning: € 15, = per person. Heating according to consumption.

Refundable security deposit:
€ 200,=, to be paid together with the balance payment of the rental. The security deposit will be refunded, less any applicable deductions, within 7 days after departure.

Options:
Adding an extra bed: € 100,=/week.
La Terrazza if used by an extra person: € 75,=/person/week.
Cot and highchair can be rented for € 25,=/week.
Mountain bikes are available: rental costs € 7,50/day.

Remarks:
Pets are not allowed.
In high and mid season only weekly rental from Saturday till Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
For the other seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
La Terrazza can be rented in high season only for a min. stay of 2 weeks.
Check-in is scheduled from 4 pm; check-out is required before 10 am.

Booking conditions:
Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately.

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded.
No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
