A discount of 5% will be given on bookings of both the apartments at the same time. The whole property will then be available for exclusive use.
Discounts up to 30% are possible in case the apartments are used by less than 6 persons.
In high season only weekly rental from Saturday till Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
For the other seasons a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Check-in is scheduled between 4 and 8 pm; check-out is required before 10 am.
Use of the whirlpool is only possible up till mid June and from mid September.
Refundable security deposit:
upon arrival we kindly ask for a deposit of € 250, = (cash or cheque), which will be refunded in full at departure, unless there are damages to be compensated.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total rental costs.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately.
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded.
No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
